  • How do I wash my MWID appearal?

    Yes! Whether you are looking for a color that isn't presently offered on our site or you want your name/title to appear on your clothing, we are happy to offer custom MWID merchandise. Please email us at custom@mywalkisdifferent.com with more details in order to receive a price quote and an estimated production time.
  • If I place an order today, how long will it take for me to receive my order?"
    For domestic orders, we garuntee that you will receive your order with 7-10 business days. If If you do not, we will compensate you for your extra waiting time. For international orders, shipping time may vary due to customs.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $75 and all international orders over $150. If you're placing a smaller order and wondering whether or not free shipping is available, head over our Instagram (@MyWalkisDifferent) to see if there's a coupon code available.
  • Are there any discounts available?
    We pride ourselves on offering you the highest quality items at the lowest possible price so we hope that even without a discount, you'll find our prices to be suitable!   • Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
    Yes, we can ship internationally and process international credit cards. For international orders we recommend using Paypal to process your payment.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, & American Express), Paypal, and Paypal credit.
  • How can I check on the status of my order?
    You can check the status of your order by emailing order@mywalkisdifferent.com with your name and order number. All orders placed by 12pm EST are shipped by the next business days. You will receive your tracking number in the email used to place your order as soon as it is available. If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 business days please email us to inquire about the status of your order.

  • I received the wrong/damaged goods?
    We will allow you to return or exchange any item that was wrongfully shipped to you or arrive to you with errors in craftmenship or design, free of charge. Please email us describing your problem and attach photos (if possible) so that we can take care of the shipping cost and make sure that you feel accomodated for our mistake.
  • Where can I find product sizing information?
    You can find sizing charts for each product under the appropriate product. If you have any questions about sizing, please submit an inquiry on the support page or chat with a customer service representative.
  • How do I contact customer service?
    You can submit an inquiry on the SUPPORT page, call or email us using the contact information on the CONTACT page, or submit a message to a customer service representative via the Members Chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.
  • Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
    Because we try to provide fast processing, no changes can be made to your order after your order is placed. If you have made an error in your shipping adress, please email order@mywalkisdifferent.com with your name, order #, and correct shipping address from the email address associated with your order.
